Information Clause
According to Art. 13 section l and 2 of Regulation (EU) 201616 of the European Parliament and of the Council 9 of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we kindly inform you:

- The basis for data processing is Article 6(1). 1 point a, b, f GDPR.
- In matters related to your personal data, please contact us at the following e-mail address: zdrowieskoarkadia@gmail.com or send correspondence to the above-mentioned address of the Administrator.
Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- provision of accommodation services provided to you at Letnisko Arkadia located at 59A Kopan, 62A Kopan, 76-150 Kopan;
- issuing the necessary documents for using our services (invoice, receipt) and making cash and non-cash payments;
- handling notifications sent to us by telephone or e-mail;
- our use of contact details in connection with the provision of services resulting from the concluded service provision agreement;
- handling complaints and grievances – if they are submitted;
- for tax and accounting purposes, in accordance with applicable law;
- in order to collect local fees, electricity fees and additional fees indicated in the price list related to your stay at Letnisko Arkadia.
Personal data will be stored:
for the period of provision of the accommodation service provided to you at the Letnisko Arkadia Tomasz Woda holiday resort in Kopan, and the limitation period for potential claims related to the provision of these services, for the period in which the law requires the Administrator to store documentation.
Your data may be made available or transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- Public authorities, entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities, to the extent and for the purposes specified in the law;
- Entities cooperating with the administrator on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements.
You have the following rights under the GDPR:
- the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data;
- the right to request rectification (correction) of personal data – if the data is incorrect or incomplete;
- the right to request the deletion of personal data;
- the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data;
- the right to transfer personal data if the processing is carried out on the basis of a contract concluded with the data subject or on the basis of the consent expressed by such a person and when the processing is carried out in an automated manner;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data to the extent that the processing of your personal data is based on the consent granted, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal ;
- If you consider that the processing of your personal data by the Administrator violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. The supervisory authority for the Administrator in the field of personal data is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;
- Your personal data will not be used to profile you or to make automated decisions regarding you.
Monitoring
Information Clause
In connection with art. 13(1) and (2) and Art. 14 section 5 points b Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ).
- CCTV video monitoring is carried out by Arkadia Tomasz Woda in order to ensure the safety of people staying in the monitored area (including the safety of employees) as well as property protection, fire protection and flood protection.
- CCTV video monitoring covers: parking lot, green areas and communication routes (sidewalks) in the area of Letniska Arkadia, 59A Kopan and 62A Kopan, 76-150 Kopan.
- The administrator of the Data contained in the video monitoring system is: Arkadia Tomasz Woda, 87-123 Brzozówka, 27 Modrzewiowa Str.

The recipient of your personal data will only be entities authorized under the law.
Processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator – Art. 6(1)(a) c and f GDPR.
CCTV monitoring records will be kept for a period of two months or until the legally binding proceedings are completed.
You have the right to access the recordings in justified cases and the right to process the data for a limited time.
A person registered by the CCTV monitoring system has the right to the content of the data under the principles set out in Art. 15 GDPR, the right to limit data processing in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 18 GDPR.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (to the address of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2 Stawki Str., 00 – 193 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
