RULES FOR RESERVATIONS AND FEES FOR SUMMER CHALETS AND REGULATIONS FOR GUESTS’ STAY AT LETNISKO ARKADIA SUMMER RESORT

Reservation and payment rules

  1. The subject of the reservation is the short-term rental of a summer chalet, hereinafter referred to as the stay for the period agreed with the Landlord. A maximum of 4 people can stay in the summer chalet during their stay. 5 or 6 may stay if an extra bed is ordered.
  2. In the months of July and August, the minimum number of nights is 6, in the remaining period (May – June 24, September) – 3 nights.
  3. The Landlord does not guarantee the reservation of a specific chalet during the stay.
  4. Reservations for your stay at the Letnisko Arkadia Summer Resort can be made by phone (preliminarily) and by e-mail, with confirmation of the down payment transfer, the exact date of your stay and the number of people who will share the chalet with you.
  5. The reservation is confirmed after paying the deposit to the Landlord’s account:

  6. If the down payment is not paid the day after making a telephone reservation, the Landlord reserves the right to cancel it. The date of receipt of the down payment by the Landlord’s account is considered to be the date of payment of the said down payment.
  7. The tenant has no right to withdraw from the reservation agreement, in accordance with Art. 38 point 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827) (“Consumer Rights Act”).
  8. The Landlord allows the Tenant to cancel the reservation within 21 calendar days until the start of the stay. In such a case, the Landlord retains the non-refundable down payment.
  9. If the reservation is canceled less than 21 calendar days before the start date of the stay, the Landlord reserves the right to charge the Tenant the full price of the stay.
  10. The Landlord issues VAT invoices in accordance with Polish tax law provisions.
  11. The tenant is obliged to pay the difference between the amount of the stay and the down payment and as well as the deposit referred to point 4 in the Regulations of Guests’ Stay 3 days before arrival in the form of a transfer. Payment in cash is allowed upon handing over the keys to the chalet on the day of arrival only.
  12. A climate fee for each guest will be added to the amount of the stay in accordance with the fees established in the Darłowo Commune. The climate fee will be collected in cash for the entire stay when the keys to the tenant’s chalet are handed over.
  13. The payment of the down payment means that the Tenant has read the Rules of Reservation and Fees and the Regulations of Guests’ stay at the Letnisko Arkadia Summer Resort.

     

Regulations for guests’ stay at the Letnisko Arkadia Summer Resort

  1. The stay begins at 3.30 p.m. on the first day and ends at 10 a.m. on the last day of the stay.
  2. Keys to chalets are to be returned from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed out and guests are welcomed from 3.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  3. In cases where keys are not returned until after 10.00 a.m. on the last day of the stay, payment for an additional day’s stay will need to be made. The payment of this charge does not, however, guarantee the tenant the right to extend their stay.
  4. The Landlord will collect a deposit of PLN 400, which will be returned by transfer within 5 days of the end of the stay, reduced by the amount of any damage to the house or equipment of the Arkadia Summer Resort caused by the Tenant or persons staying with the Tenant. The tenant is financially responsible for any damage to the chalet or its equipment caused by their actions/omissions or those of persons staying in the chalet. They also agree that repairs will be made at their expense.
  5. The difference between the price of the stay and the down payment as well as the deposit must be paid by transfer no later than 3 days before the planned arrival.
  6. A climate fee for each guest will be added to the amount of the stay in accordance with the fees established in the Darłowo Commune. The climate fee will be collected in cash for the entire stay when the keys to the tenant’s house are handed over.
  7. Valid ID must be presented when handing over the keys. Guests consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of making a reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Act dated August 29, 1997 about personal data protection. Guests have the right to access and update their personal data.
  8. Any defects found by Tenants at the beginning of their stay should immediately be reported to the Landlord. This also applies to faults occurring during the stay.
  9. If the Tenant shortens the period of their stay, the amount for the unused period is not refundable.
  10. Each holiday home is assigned only one parking place on the premises. The parking lot is free and unguarded and is available to the Tenant only during the stay. The Tenant parks in the place indicated by the Landlord. The Landlord is not responsible for vehicles and valuable items left by Tenants in cars.
  11. The Landlord does not guarantee a larger number of parking spaces for the Tenant’s vehicles and reserves the right to refuse to allow more than one vehicle on the premises of the Arkadia Summer Resort.
  12. The landlord is not responsible for items left in the summer houses. We ask Tenants to close windows and doors both when leaving the house and at night.
  13. Guests are to keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.
  14. If the Tenant or persons staying with the Tenant breach the peace, the norms of coexistence and disturb other Tenants staying at the Arkadia Summer Resort, the Landlord reserves the right to terminate the stay and is not obliged to refund its cost.
  15. For the comfort of all guests, the Landlord reserves the right to turn away Tenants who have arrived with the intention of staying with animals. In such a case, the price for the stay will not be refunded to the Tenant.
  16. Smoking and the frying of fish are strictly prohibited in all chalets.
  17. Violation of the prohibition specified in point 16 by the Tenant is to be considered their consent to cover the costs of odor removal and air-freshening the summer house in the amount of PLN 1,100.00.
  18. Due to the wooden structure of the house, the use of devices that may cause a fire hazard, e.g. electric heaters, gas burners and candles is strictly prohibited. For safety reasons, before leaving the chalet, please turn off the lights and all electrical devices.
  19. Guests are obliged to maintain and return the house in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving dishes and kitchen equipment washed and taking out the garbage.
  20. At the Arkadia Summer Resort, the principle of waste segregation is applied – each house has two containers – one for mixed waste and one for paper, plastic and glass. In designated places within the confines of the complex there are containers for mixed waste, paper, plastic, metal and glass.
  21. Adults have full responsibility for children and are obliged to supervise them on the grounds of the complex. Children may stay in the playground only under the supervision of their parents or guardians and use the available equipment in accordance with the instructions provided on them. The legal guardian is responsible for any damage to the property or harm to the children’s health.
  22. It is strictly forbidden to light a barbecue in the premises of the resort in places other than those designated by the Landlord, in particular, on the terraces of the houses and between the houses. Special designated areas provided by the Landlord are intended for barbecues. These areas are intended only for the burning of charcoal; it is forbidden to light fires in them or move them outside the places intended for their use.
  23. Tenants are asked to familiarize themselves with the locations of the fire extinguishers.
  24. The Landlord is not responsible for any temporary inconvenience occurring in the event of a lack of utilities, in particular a temporary lack of water, electricity or the Internet.
  25. For the duration of the stay, the Tenant is recommended to take out his own insurance.
  26. The price of the services provided by the Landlord does not include insurance. The Landlord is not responsible for any injuries, damage to or destruction of property (damage to possessions and harm to the health of a third person) during the Tenant’s stay.
  27. Tenants undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire protection regulations.
  28. The law applicable to disputes between the Tenant and the Landlord is Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in the event of disagreement, the relevant court will be the court covering the registered office of the Landlord.
